Our Policies
2023 Starling Salon Cancellation Policy
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule your
appointment, please do so more than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment
to avoid being charged 50% of your booked service.
If you do not show up for your scheduled service, you will be charged the full amount of your service value before you can book your next appointment.
As service providers, please understand that with all cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows under 48 hours, we are rarely able to fill the spot with such short notice.
Starling Salon Tardiness Policy
When you are late to your scheduled appointment time, it can cause your stylist to have to rush through the services you had booked, which is not our preferred way to give you the best of our talents. Being late to your appointment can also cause our stylists to run late for clients who have shown up on time for their appointment. If you are going to be late for any reason, please call the salon as a courtesy to inform us. We do understand that things happen and will do our best to accommodate you.
For Hair Color Clients: If you are going to be 10-15 minutes late, understand that you will be receiving the same color you had previously. We most likely do not have adequate time to give you a full consultation and modify your color if you are going to be late. If you are a brand new client, you may be asked to reschedule. If you are going to be 20+ minutes late, understand that you may be asked to reschedule.
For Hair Cut Clients: If you are 10-15 minutes late, you may be unable to receive a blow dry/style. If you are a brand new client, you may be asked to reschedule. If you are 20+ minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule..
